1. Access the CatFee User Center Log in to your account at the CatFee User Center.

2. Set Your Price and Payment Address From the menu, go to: Telegram Premium → Reselling Then configure the following:

• Payment Address (your USDT wallet)

• Selling Price (price you charge your users)

3. User Payment + Memo with Telegram ID Your customers should:

• Send the specified amount of USDT (e.g., 15 USDT) to your designated address

• Add their Telegram username or ID in the transfer memo, e.g., aaa

The CatFee system will automatically detect the transaction and proceed with:

• Validating the amount and memo

• Deducting the base cost (e.g., 12.5 USDT) from your balance

• Activating Telegram Premium for the specified account
