# Basic Limited Subscription Offer

Before each transaction, verify sufficient on-chain Energy. Pause and investigate insufficient resources, uncertain delivery, or unexpected TRX burning. Automated integrations need checks and pause mechanisms. Subscription activation or meeting a transfer interval does not establish delivery. Basic subscriptions offer the following long-term rates, subject to the continuous-subscription and adjustment rules below:

| Subscription slots  | Daily subscription fee |
| ------------------- | ---------------------- |
| First 500 addresses | 1 TRX                  |
| Addresses 501–1000  | 2 TRX                  |
| Addresses 1001–2000 | 3 TRX                  |
| Address 2001 onward | 4 TRX                  |

### Offer Rules

1. Successful subscriptions receive the long-term rate for their tier, subject to the cancellation and exceptional-adjustment rules below. Accrued charges are not changed retroactively.
2. Slots are allocated first come, first served, based on on-chain confirmation.
3. Deleting or stopping a subscription ends its discount. Re-subscribing uses the rate then applicable.
4. Where force majeure legally permits a price adjustment, the notice process in the Terms applies. Adjusted rates remain below the public rate then in effect. Ordinary market price fluctuations do not automatically constitute force majeure.

Monitoring and replenishment follow plan rules while the subscription is active, the balance is sufficient, and usage limits are met. Processing and on-chain confirmation take time and do not replace pre-transaction checks.
