C2C Energy Platform Partnership Proposal

1. Partnership Background & Goals

1.1 Background

C2C energy platforms usually have:

  • Asset or resource matching capabilities, allowing resource delegation to be imported at scale

  • Channel promotion capabilities, allowing them to quickly reach large numbers of staking users

CatFee Staking Vault provides a stable yield settlement mechanism. It generates yield through on-chain resource delegation and supports automated settlement.

1.2 Partnership Goals

Through cooperation, both parties can achieve:

  • New sales channels for the C2C platform, improving user resource utilization

  • Expanded resource delegation scale and market coverage for CatFee

  • Shared revenue between both parties, forming a long-term and sustainable partnership

  • Transparent and traceable settlement, supporting batch replication and expansion

2. Partnership Model Overview (Two Options)

C2C energy platform cooperation can be divided into two mature models. The key difference is: who distributes yield to the end user.

Mode A: CatFee sends yield directly to customers (tiered revenue split)

Features: stronger user experience, automated split settlement, and lower settlement cost for the platform

Mode B: C2C energy platform sends yield to customers (platform-managed payouts)

Features: stronger platform control, more flexible yield packaging, and suitable for platforms that customize yield products

3.1 Applicable Scenarios

This model is suitable for platforms that want to:

  • Integrate with a lighter operational setup

  • Reduce platform payout costs

  • Make the yield flow more transparent, with users receiving yield directly

3.2 Tiered Split Mechanism (Example)

The C2C energy platform proposes the expected split ratio, and both parties confirm it before execution.

Example: CatFee total payout ratio is 16%.

Receiver

Description

User

10%

User participation yield

C2C energy platform

6%

Channel revenue share

Total

16%

Total payout ratio from CatFee

3.3 Partnership Workflow A (CatFee Direct Yield Payout)

Workflow steps

  1. The C2C energy platform provides the expected tiered split Example: 16% = user 10% + platform 6%

  2. CatFee provides the resource receiving address

  3. The C2C energy platform delegates resources, without locking, to the CatFee address

  4. Resource delegation reaches 24 hours

  5. CatFee automatically settles 10% to the user address

  6. CatFee automatically settles 6% to the C2C platform receiving address

3.4 Sequence Diagram A

3.5 Advantages of Mode A

  • Direct user yield: stronger user experience and higher trust

  • Light platform operations: no need for the platform to redistribute yield

  • Automated split settlement: C2C platform revenue share is settled directly

  • Suitable for fast launch and scalable expansion

4. Mode B: C2C Energy Platform Sends Yield to Customers (Platform Payout)

4.1 Applicable Scenarios

This model is suitable for platforms that want to:

  • Manage the yield payout standard centrally

  • Customize product rates and marketing campaigns

  • Use a unified yield receiving address for secondary distribution

4.2 Yield Rate Mechanism

Under this model, the C2C energy platform provides the expected yield rate displayed to users, such as 10% or 12%. It does not need to publicly display the user/platform split.

  • CatFee settles yield to the C2C platform's designated yield address according to the agreed rules

  • The C2C platform then distributes yield to users

4.3 Partnership Workflow B (Platform Payout)

Workflow steps

  1. The C2C energy platform provides the expected yield rate displayed to users

  2. CatFee provides the resource receiving address

  3. The C2C energy platform delegates resources to the CatFee address

  4. After 24 hours, CatFee automatically settles yield to the yield address provided by the C2C platform

  5. The C2C energy platform pays yield to users

4.4 Sequence Diagram B

4.5 Advantages of Mode B

  • Stronger platform control: yield packaging and payout schedule are decided by the platform

  • Suitable for marketing and multi-tier products: supports different levels and yield strategies

  • Unified reconciliation: CatFee only connects to the platform yield address, making financial management easier

  • Expandable secondary agency revenue sharing: the platform can freely split revenue internally

5. Roles & Responsibilities

5.1 C2C Energy Platform Responsibilities

  • Provide the cooperation plan: Mode A tiered split or Mode B yield rate

  • Provide the receiving address: channel revenue share address or yield collection address

  • Execute resource delegation and operate user-side promotion

  • In Mode B, distribute yield to users

5.2 CatFee Responsibilities

  • Provide the resource receiving address

  • Calculate yield and execute automated settlement

  • Provide reconciliation support, including periodic summary data

  • Maintain a stable and traceable settlement process

6. Reconciliation & Settlement Mechanism

6.1 Settlement Cycle

By default, settlement is performed in 24-hour cycles.

6.2 Settlement Flow

  • Mode A: CatFee -> user (10%), CatFee -> platform (6%)

  • Mode B: CatFee -> platform yield address (100% of settlement amount), platform -> user (custom payout)

6.3 Reconciliation Data

CatFee can provide the following data by cycle:

  • Imported delegated resource scale statistics

  • Total settled yield

  • Distributed payout records, including hash, amount, and time

  • Accumulated channel revenue share

7. Risk Notes & Partnership Agreements

To support long-term stable cooperation, both parties are advised to clarify:

  • User-facing display standard, including expected yield, rules, and cycle

  • The platform receiving address should not be changed casually; changes should be notified in advance

  • In Mode B, the platform should distribute yield to users as agreed to avoid disputes

  • If the split ratio or yield rate needs to be adjusted during cooperation, both parties should agree on the effective cycle in advance

8. Recommendation

If you want the fastest launch, simplest operations, and most transparent yield flow: Recommended: Mode A (CatFee sends yield directly to users)

If you want stronger platform operations, packaged yield products, and multi-tier revenue sharing: Recommended: Mode B (platform sends yield to users)
